Terms of Service – United Arab Emirates (UAE)
These terms of service apply to the upfront payment services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) offered by Hire Resolve on the website. By accessing or using the website and the upfront payment services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not make use of the Service.

1. Eligibility
In order to make use of the Service, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and must be legally permitted to enter into binding agreements under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2. Services
The Services provided to you under this agreement are listed on the website and relate to recruitment consulting services designed to assist individual job seekers with finding viable employment opportunities within the job market in the UAE or internationally, depending on the service purchased.
3. Payment and Fees
All fees for the Services are posted on the website or agreed upon at the time of purchase. All fees are payable upfront. Hire Resolve will only deliver the Service upon confirmation from the designated third-party payment provider that payment has been received.
All fees listed on the website are inclusive of VAT, where applicable under UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
If a payment is made fraudulently, or a payment is reversed/withdrawn without written approval from Hire Resolve after confirmation of payment has been received from the third-party payment provider, you will remain liable for the full payment. Hire Resolve reserves the right to pursue full recovery of any fees for Services delivered.
Hire Resolve reserves the right to amend pricing for the Service at any time, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of the cost of the Service before purchasing.
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the Service has not yet been rendered.

Failure to secure employment during or after delivery of the Service does not entitle you to a refund.
5. User Conduct
You agree that you will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or for attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or systems of Hire Resolve or its affiliates.
You agree that you will not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
You agree to act in a professional and respectful manner towards Hire Resolve and its employees at all times. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the Service.
You acknowledge that the use of the Service does not guarantee employment in the UAE or any other job market, and Hire Resolve provides no employment guarantees of any kind.
6. Cancellation of Service
You may cancel the Service within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the Service has not already been delivered partially or in full. To cancel the service, please email: recruitment_assist@hireresolve.us
Hire Resolve reserves the right to cancel the Service if:
The Service was purchased fraudulently;
Payment has been reversed without the written consent of Hire Resolve;
You have been untruthful regarding your qualifications or abilities;
You have acted in a rude, uncivilised, or derogatory manner towards Hire Resolve or its employees.
If Hire Resolve cancels the Service for any of the above reasons, payment will be forfeited. If payment has been reversed or withdrawn, you will remain liable for such payment as well as any legal fees incurred in recovery efforts.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property used on the website or for delivery of the Service are owned by or licensed to Hire Resolve.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the Service without express written consent from Hire Resolve and its directors.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Hire Resolve does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Hire Resolve does not guarantee that the Service will result in employment in the UAE or elsewhere. The Service is designed to assist the user with job-seeking readiness, professional positioning, and recruitment-related support.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Hire Resolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. General
Hire Resolve reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any revisions will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
